12-Minute Gentle Yoga Flow

 

Would you like to feel more comfortable in your body? This brief practice grounds your body in the flow of breath, gently opens your hips and engages your core, all the while warming up the back in its six directions of movement. Further, this yoga sequence has been helpful for some of my clients to have new, safe experiences of pleasure in their lives!
